How do I arrange to view a property to Let?

Contact us with as many details as possible including, cost per month, area, number of rooms, length of stay and we will supply you all the details of the properties available.

What is the minimum contact and deposit?

The Minimum contract is 12 months and the deposit is dependant on the monthly rental,

i.e. a £400 per month flat will require a deposit of £400 and a £800 per month house

requires £800 deposit, fully refundable and the end of the contract, conditions apply.

How long does it take to let my property?

On average, it takes 7 days from when the flat is ready for us to find tenants.

Will my property be let all the time?

We have a 99% record on all properties and the 1% down is for cleaning and inventory check prior to the new tenants checking in.

What do we charge for our services?

Our charges are based on a percentage of the rent to cover administrative expenses. If we do not provide tenants we do not get paid.

What if something breaks in the property?

We have a 24 hrs contact number where we can be contacted  to arrange all the necessary repairs. You will be fully informed of all outcomes. We can arrange all insurance work that may be necessary to return the property to prime condition after any accidents.
