We cover everything from preparing, maintaining the property and covering all the legal related contracts with the fully vetted tenants we find for the property. A full inventory before and after with security taken. Cleaning services, Gas services for landlord checks and certificates, Fire safety and furnishing Regulations, Building contents and public liability Insurance. All contracts are under Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 and use a AT5 (Short Assured Tenancy Agreement). Give us the keys to the door and we do the rest. Full Management fees from 9% of the rental income.
